* Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

* Standard delivery time is approximately 3–7 working days depending on your city and courier service.
* Delivery may take longer during sales, holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

* Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and order size.
* Any ongoing free shipping offer will be clearly mentioned on our social media pages or website.                                   
Cash on Delivery (COD)

* We offer Cash on Delivery service all over Pakistan.
* Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

* Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID through SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
* Customers can track their parcel through the courier company’s website.

Incorrect Address / Contact Information

* Please provide complete and accurate shipping details.
* RangeenBasta will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address or phone number.

Failed Delivery Attempts

* Courier companies usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.
* If the parcel remains undelivered due to customer unavailability, the order may be cancelled.

Parcel Checking

* Customers are advised to record a complete unboxing video while opening the parcel for any claim regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
Delayed Deliveries

* Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to operational or courier issues beyond our control.
* We appreciate your patience and cooperation in such cases.
